The Hub
The Hub – the heart and soul of Festival land – is back, providing good food, great music, refreshing drinks and fine company over three exclusive weeks in May. This year The Secret Restaurant is in residence, providing tasty, fresh food all day every day (12pm – 8pm) including daily specials and secret lunchbox service for pre or post-show treats.
Hub nights are also free music nights with late bar sessions from Willkommen Collective (Sat), Big Chill DJs (Sun), John Warr from Afrolatina (Wed), Fat Cat Records (Thur) and Tru Thoughts (Fri), including 10-year anniversary sets from label boss Rob Luis, Hint and a live PA from Laura Vane. So, if you want to grab a drink on the hoof, kick back between shows, make a meal of it, or dance the night away, put yourself at the Hub of this year’s Brighton Festival.
Palm Court Foyer
Brighton Dome – three historic venues under one roof – forms the heart of Brighton Festival in the city’s bustling cultural quarter. This year, the Concert Hall’s grand atrium foyer opens its doors throughout May (excluding Mondays except 4 May), providing a light, elegant space and relaxing Festival ambience.
Sit back between shows in style and comfort. Taste teas and coffees from around the world. Treat yourself to the Secret Restaurant’s special Tiffin menu, including an exclusive champagne Tiffin selection. With light music courtesy of Brighton & Hove Music and Performing Arts and local schools and special access to Brighton Museum & Art Gallery (11am – 4pm), what better setting in which to take time out and plan your next Festival indulgence.
