Take your pick from two menus: The World Tapas Menu or The Organic Festival Menu  As its name suggests, this all-new bar-cum-bistro - set up for three exclusive weeks in May - is the heart and soul of Festival-land. Grab a drink on the hoof. Kick back between shows. Or make a meal of it with lovingly prepared, locally sourced, globally themed organic cuisine.  Whatever you do, put yourself at the Hub of this year's Brighton Festival!

From 9pm onwards this atmospheric bar/bistro is the place to meet and drink for artists and festival goers alike with programmed entertainment indoors or sit outdoors where you can expect the unexpected with much live music and street theatre on New Road.
